The role

You will lead the work that closes the gap between technology delivered and business changed. That means owning client engagements end to end — from diagnostic to delivery — across decision intelligence, AI adoption, and digital growth, and staying close until the result is real.

This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who is as comfortable in the boardroom as they are in the data.

What you'll do

• Run diagnostics that map where data, AI, and digital reach can create the greatest impact.
• Design and deliver decision-support tools, AI workflows, and analytics products that people actually adopt.
• Translate strategy into working capability — and measure success by what the business can do differently afterwards.
• Work directly with senior client stakeholders as a trusted advisor.

What you'll bring

• Significant experience delivering data and AI initiatives inside or alongside enterprises.
• A track record of adoption, not just deployment — you care whether the work gets used.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to communicate with executives.
• Depth in at least one of: decision intelligence, applied AI, or data-driven digital growth.
