Privacy & Cookie Notice
Last updated: 8 June 2026
This notice explains how Darb Enterprises (“Darb”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit darb.enterprises or contact us through this site. We keep it short because we collect very little.
In short
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t sell your data. The only personal information we actively collect is what you choose to send us through the diagnostic-request form. Our website analytics are aggregated and do not identify you.
Who we are
Darb Enterprises is the data controller for the personal information described here. You can reach us about privacy at [email protected].
Darb Enterprises FZ LLC is a free zone company registered in the United Arab Emirates.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the diagnostic-request form, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, work email address, and any message you choose to add. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and to scope a potential diagnostic.
Information collected automatically
- Usage analytics. We use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service that reports aggregated metrics (such as page views and approximate country). It does not use cookies, does not build cross-site profiles, and is not used to identify individual visitors.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider processes standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps) to deliver and secure the site and to guard against abuse.
Cookies
We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or profiling, so this site does not require a cookie-consent banner. Our hosting and analytics providers may set only strictly necessary cookies required to deliver and secure the site. If we introduce any non-essential cookies in future, we will update this notice and ask for your consent first.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a diagnostic or follow-up conversation.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
Our legal bases for processing
We process personal information under the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the PDPL), relying on the following bases:
- Your consent — when you choose to contact us through the form.
- Our legitimate interests — to respond to your enquiry, and to keep the site secure and understand aggregate usage. You can object to this at any time.
- Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose information to comply with the law.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract and on our instructions:
- An email delivery provider, which sends the contact-form message to our inbox.
- A website hosting and analytics provider, which serves the site and reports the aggregated usage metrics.
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
International transfers
Some of our service providers process information outside the United Arab Emirates. Where personal information is transferred abroad, we use providers that apply appropriate safeguards consistent with the PDPL’s requirements for international transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting relationship, and then delete it in line with our retention practices. Aggregated analytics that do not identify you may be kept for longer.
How we protect it
We use reputable providers and reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data appropriately.
Your rights
Subject to the PDPL, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. If you have a concern we cannot resolve, you may also raise it with the UAE Data Office, the federal data protection regulator.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above, and we will tell you about material changes where appropriate.
